by North Wales Police has awarded its first Gold level accreditation’s
to three digital video recorders manufactured by Intelligent Video Imaging Dynamics
Ltd.

12/04/07 - iViD Get Police Force Recognition
IVID Ltd has for some time had strong links with the North Wales
Police force and their Chief Forensic Officer Mr James Davies.
As a result of this association, James Davies from his position as Managing
Director of FVAG Ltd (Forensic Video Analysis Group), requested we present our
DVR and NVR for testing for image quality and functionally as required by the
forensic video departments of police forces in the UK during investigations
requiring CCTV as evidence.
We requested and were supplied with the format for testing and readily agreed
as we were already confident of our product. The FVAG chose units at random
and completed testing within forty eight hours.
We were informed by the FVAG prior to us contracting for testing there were
two levels of competence identified by their program.
Approval for products achieving the required technical requirements
Recommendation Their premier award. Winners of this award are guaranteed that
FVAG will actively respond to enquires from installers and end users related
to the attributes of the tested product.
We were delighted to receive our Recommendation Accreditation certificate.
